Who Do You Say I Am?

In Matthew 16, Mark 8 & Luke 9 we are told of a pivotal moment of revelation given to Peter and used by Jesus as the foundation of His Church for the future. Peter & the other Disciples based their confession on an intimate friendship and daily walk with Jesus. They saw Him in action, in good and bad situations & knew the reality of His presence in their life. They learned truth at His feet, on the docks and ships, in the Synagogues and Temple square. They daily heard His perspective on being stoned, rejected, vilified, felt His love and guidance, heard of the Father's love for man.
