The Beauty of the Gospel

Beauty can be defined as that which is intensely fitted for its purpose. The beauty of the Gospel is it not only fits us for His purpose but it allows us to stand up and say "I am the problem" and come to Jesus to be forgiven & transformed. We enter His solution! We enter His joy! John Bunyan said "... better news the Gospel brings, it bids us fly ... and gives us wings." The Gospel fits us for forgiveness, for justice, to believe, to belong. The Beauty of the truth of Jesus and His power in those who believe is we are fitted intensely for a purpose.
