FAITH & GIFTS pt 9 - DISCERNING OF SPIRITS

The gifts of the Holy Spirit are evidence that the Helper is with us enabling us to serve Him and the people around us. Boldness, obedience and servanthood are evidenced by the Presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives. What is this discerning of spirits? How can we recognize this gift?

DISCERNING OF SPIRITS - is the ability to discern activity and schemes or plans occurring in the spirit world, and especially to detect the true source of circumstances or motives of people. There are 3 sources of spirits. They are divine, human and Satanic. This gift involves a Holy Spirit manifestation of discernment that allows the saint to identify the source of spirit activity around them and in others.
